We aim to develop the competencies and grow the leadership capacity of teachers, connecting them with each other and with essential resources through the fostering of communities of practice and professional learning communities that have immediate relevance, value, and impact. Our work is focused on relationship building, deep learning, and sustainability. We do not offer one-off training or engage in top-down “quick fix” projects, but rather seek to cultivate healthy, connected learning ecosystems that support the professional growth of educators, involving them in all design and delivery processes, so that they are empowered to lead for change in their local contexts.

We are committed to ensuring that educators have the knowledge, skills, and supportive networks they need to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and equitable learning opportunities to students around the globe, with particular attention paid to educators in refugee, migrant, and displacement contexts. Our commitment to learning extends to educators in all roles working within both formal and informal sectors and makes use of our Sustainable Learning Framework which emphasizes practice-based learning, reflection, and data analytics for action.
We actualize the power of remote learning, specializing in helping NGOs, ministries, and program and school leaders bring their existing educator professional learning opportunities into digital spaces to reach educators anytime, anywhere. We, also, work hand-in-hand with teachers and project partners to co-create materials that are contextually specific, immediately relevant, and transformative in their potential within a specific local/regional context. At the core of our work is capacity building, among educators, within organizations, and across civil society and governmental institutions.
We have worked with our partners throughout the pandemic to ensure continuous delivery of educational services, to strengthen internal systems and build knowledge and skills within each organization/learning community, and to prepare educators for the continued uncertainty and challenging work that lies ahead.
