World Education is committed to continuing our work to strengthen learning systems and to support equitable access to education and support services. Our COVID-19 response efforts focus on mitigating the short-term consequences of the new coronavirus, while also continuing our implementation of the life-changing work we have always done. World Education has been working with partners to plan activities that meet the needs of programs and people most affected.
The EdTech Center @ World Education has rapidly mobilized resources to support thousands of educators, practitioners, programs and partners around the world at the onset of COVID-19 closures, including free coaching, technical assistance and guidance on setting up distance education programs. We are also working with digital learning content providers to ensure that teachers and programs have access to special offers available during the pandemic and that their offerings align with the needs of learners.
